1. The service

SoroEngine, run by Charavol Technologies Ltd, is a free WhatsApp assistant that keeps business records from your voice notes and messages and shares general money-management tips. It is a pilot: features may change and it may sometimes be slow or unavailable.

2. Not financial advice, not a bank

Tips are general education, not personal financial, legal or tax advice. SoroEngine does not hold money, make payments or give loans. Think carefully and, where needed, ask a qualified person before making money decisions.

3. Check your records

SoroEngine uses AI to understand speech and can make mistakes. Every reply shows what it understood; please check it. Keep your own copy of anything important. We are not responsible for losses caused by wrong or missing records.

4. Fair use

Use SoroEngine for your own trade. Don’t send unlawful, abusive or other people’s private content, or try to disrupt the service. We may stop the service for anyone who misuses it.

5. Privacy

Our privacy notice explains what we collect and your rights. Type DELETE at any time to erase your data.

6. Credits

SoroEngine uses N-ATLaS, an initiative of the Federal Ministry of Communications, Innovation and Digital Economy, and powered by Awarri Technologies; speech recognition models from the National Centre for Artificial Intelligence and Robotics (NCAIR); and YarnGPT2 text-to-speech.

7. Law
